- For this you need a windows OS.
- From the Start menu click on Run.
- In the dialog box appear type "gpedit.msc"(Don't use "").
- After this click on OK button.
- Now you can see a window opened.
- Select "Administrative Templates" from "Local Computer Policy".
- Now select "Network".
- Then to "QoS Packet Scheduler" and double click on "Limited Reservable Bandwidth".
- From the "Unconfigured" change it to "Enabled".
- Change the "Bandwidth limit" to "0%".
